Comments are the primary way to annotate and discuss entities (like Issues) within Duster. They facilitate communication between your team members and the AI Agent.

Comments in Duster are more than just text; they are bridge-builders between your platforms.

• Conversation: Add context or ask questions directly on an Issue.
• Synchronization: Comments are "Omnichannel", meaning they sync across your connected tools.

Features

🔄 Multi-Platform Sync

When you comment on an Issue in Duster, that comment is automatically posted to the linked Linear issue (and vice-versa). This ensures that someone working in Linear sees the same discussion as someone working in Duster.

🤖 AI Particpation

Agents can also participate in comments.

• Clarification: Agents can ask you for more details in a comment thread.
• Updates: Agents can post status updates or summaries as comments.

Threading

Comments support parent-child relationships, allowing for threaded conversations to keep discussions organized.
